Grilled Romaine Lettuce

Ingredients:

(for 4 people)  A  B  V  Gf

  • 2 heads of organic Romaine lettuce
  • 6 Tbsp. of red vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. of EVOO
  • 10 canned anchovies

Cut the lettuce lengthwise in four parts, wash it but don’t dry it.  Grill it on your grill or on a big, hot pan until it’s wilted and golden on both sides.
Chop the anchovies and mix them with the oil and vinegar in a small bowl.
Arrange the lettuce on a plate and dress with the dressing mix.
Serve warm or cold.
